ONLINE PAYMENT FEES:
Pay utility bills online with a Debit or Credit Card: 3.60% Processing Fee ($2.50 minimum)
Pay utility bills online with an ECheck: $1.95 Flat Fee
This fee is separate and additional to any City of Pullman charges.  As such, the City of Pullman does not receive any part of these service fees.
